🚀 We're Hiring: Outside Sales Representative – IN/KY/TN Territory
We're looking for a driven, self-motivated outside sales professional to join our award-winning team.
CPS is one of the Midwest's largest and most ambitious independent manufacturers' representative agencies in the construction industry. We specialize in sales and service to rental houses, STAFDA houses, contractor's supply houses, safety houses, and industrial distributor and dealer networks.
📍 Territory: Parts of Indiana, Kentucky & Tennessee
💼 Type: Full-time | Outside Sales
🔧 What You'll Do:
• Build and manage customer relationships through regular territory travel and in-person sales calls
• Continually learn and stay current on your territory's manufacturer lines and product offerings to serve as a knowledgeable resource for your customers
• Grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Follow up on sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Provide product training and solutions to customers and their teams
• Represent and collaborate with our manufacturers
• Maintain a CRM and provide sales reporting to management
• Attend trade shows, trainings, and company meetings
✅ What We're Looking For:
• College degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong self-motivation, time management, and organizational abilities
• Comfort with standard tech tools (email, mobile apps, Microsoft Office, CRM)
