We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager Contractor to join the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). This team serves the entire organization, including investment management, operations, technology, finance, and HR. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight, planning, and management of high-visibility investment initiatives.
- π Lifecycle Leadership: Lead projects from definition through successful implementation; manage project scope, plans, and resource allocation.
- π€ Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with SMEs across the organization to ensure the realization of business benefits and ROI.
- β οΈ Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify dependencies, escalate risks, and drive issues to resolution.
- π’ Strategic Communication: Facilitate agency-wide meetings to gain consensus, secure commitments, and drive executive decisions.
- π PMO Discipline: Maintain rigorous control over project budgets, documentation, testing protocols, and training.
- π Change Management: Model open collaboration and foster team learning through structured change management plans.
- π« Investment Background: Must have 5 years of experience specifically within an Investment Management organization.
- π» Systems Expertise: Must have experience with SimCorp Dimension and/or Order Management Systems like Charles River Development (CRD).
- βοΈ Operations Knowledge: Substantial understanding of the end-to-end Investment Operations Lifecycle, including workflows and asset class uniqueness.
- ποΈ Complex Implementations: Proven track record of managing complex software implementation approaches in a financial setting.
- π Certifications: Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is highly preferred.
- π§ Soft Skills: Superb analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with senior leadership.
