Senior Recruitment Consultant

This position is for an experienced Recruitment Consultant working in our New York City office, focusing on P&C Insurance Claims permanent recruitment. You'll be responsible for Talent Acquisition of top talent within the insurance claims space, as well as Business Development of Oliver James's existing clients.

About the role

As Senior Consultant your responsibilities will be:

• Business Development of new and existing clients, leveraging Oliver James's excellent brand reputation to pull job requisitions in insurance and financial services spaces, where teams place actuaries, accountants, brokers, claims analysts, and more.
• You'll spend your days going on client meetings, making client calls, and providing the highest level of service to hiring managers.
• You'll be headhunting both passive and active top talent within the claims space to work with Oliver James on exclusive opportunities.
• As an experienced recruitment hire, you'll be supporting and collaborating with other divisions and team members.

About you

• 3 years of Staffing Agency recruitment experience
• Business Development/Client facing experience as a Full Desk/360 Recruiter within financial or professional services
• You're interested in leading by example, and building others to work as one and win as one
• You're flexible and adaptable, with the goal of strengthening relationships and devoting interest to secure understanding
• You thrive in a targets-focused environment, creating goals to enable autonomy and growing vision to build inspiration.

• This role has a base salary range of $70,000 up to $90,000 depending on experience.
• This role has immediate access to an uncapped commission structure in addition to the base salary
