What You’ll Do
- Deliver Expert Support: Act as the primary contact for IT-related requests, resolving software, hardware, and networking issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support Meetings and Events: Oversee technology setup for video conferences, presentations, and client meetings to ensure everything runs without a hitch.
- Maintain and Deploy Systems: Install, configure, and manage firm-standard hardware and software. Ensure all office technology—from workstations to printers—is reliable and up to date.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT, administrative, and operations teams to coordinate technology needs for meetings, events, and firmwide initiatives.
- Track and Manage Requests: Use ServiceNow to log, monitor, and escalate IT tickets. Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, and related assets.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Help enforce firm security standards, assist with network upkeep, and promote best practices for remote and mobile access (Citrix, VPN, iOS).
- Support Projects and Upgrades: Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and technology training sessions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide Excellent Service: Serve as a reliable technology partner to attorneys and staff, maintaining open communication and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
- 6 years of experience providing IT support in a professional or corporate setting (law firm experience is a plus).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, Teams, ServiceNow, Citrix, and VPN solutions.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN environments, iManage, mobile technologies (iOS/iPadOS), and document management tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot effectively, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly under pressure.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience).
