- Conduct due diligence on fund managers and support investment recommendations
- Analyze audited financial statements and operational processes
- Prepare ODD reports, Investment Committee memos, and meeting documentation
- Review legal and regulatory documents (e.g., offering memorandums, Form ADVs)
- Evaluate back-office operations, controls, and pricing procedures
- Track and organize data to support team efficiency
- Assist with manager meetings, onsite visits, and follow-up reporting
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 1-4 years experience in public accounting (fund audit) or financial services
- Exposure to alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Financial Services) preferred
- CPA or CFA (or pursuing) is a plus
