My client, a top Boutique Private Equity firm in the downtown Chicago area is looking for a Senior Corporate Accountant to join and lead their expanding team due to high growth. Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.

Responsibilities

Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements
Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Oversee quarterly invoicing (portfolio companies, employees, management fees)
Manage monthly expense reporting and ensure policy compliance
Drive process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3-5 years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with ERP and expense systems preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
