- Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
- Oversee quarterly invoicing (portfolio companies, employees, management fees)
- Manage monthly expense reporting and ensure policy compliance
- Drive process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP and expense systems preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
