The Seasonal Catering Server is responsible for assisting with food and beverage service and supporting the overall logistics of full-service events through set-up, clear communication, and teamwork, while maintaining the companys standard for excellence.

- Saturday, April 11
- Sunday, April 12
- Saturday, April 18
- Friday, April 24
- Saturday, April 25
- Saturday, May 2

Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, etc.
- Replenish food on buffets and stations; assist with serving appetizers
- Respond promptly to guest requests in a polite and professional manner
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Maintain back-of-house, front-of-house, and side work duties
- Anticipate guests needs and exceed customer service expectations
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Relay important information regarding orders, allergies, and special requests
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Able to work a fixed, event-based schedule (dates listed above only)
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to frequently reach, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
