Maintenance Field Manager

Responsibilities:

• • Assist with maintenance crew scheduling and daily crew management.

  • Use the Aspire Software for timesheets, scheduling, receipts, etc.

  • Be able to approve daily work tickets and control overtime.

  • Be familiar with our work standards.

  • Lead the development, coaching, and ongoing training of maintenance crews

  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

  • Identify and communicate areas needing improvement across sites and crews

  • Provide field support and guidance to crews as needed to maintain productivity and quality.

  • Oversee quality control for assigned maintenance accounts and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

  • Manage and track receipts for materials and expenses

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Support client retention by delivering excellent service and communication

  • Attend client meetings throughout the year to review performance and expectations

  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs in collaboration with the mechanics team, while assisting with the organization and accountability of small tools and equipment.

  • Oversee snow service scheduling and management during winter operations

  • Assist with the seasonal flower pot program, including materials procurement and crew support

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, equipment, and seasonal needs
• Ability to schedule, manage, and motivate crews effectively
• Strong communication and client-service skills
• Ability to perform site inspections and identify quality or safety issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks when needed
• Strong organizational skills, including basic proficiency with mobile apps, tablets, or job-tracking software
• Experience with snow operations is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
