Sports Field Maintenance Leader-Full Time (Year-Round)

We are seeking experienced Sports Fields Service Workers to work safely in the field. We are looking for bright, energetic team players that are detail oriented, have a strong work ethic and take ownership of their work. Projects will vary in size and scope based on client specifications.

What would my responsibilities be?

• Show up on time daily, with proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain sports fields.
• Site preparation and clean up.
• Zero turn mowing, infield grooming, other sports field work.
• Contribute to our safety culture by attending and actively participating in weekly safety training.
• Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”) a plus
