Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our pallet manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a hybrid role responsible for customer service, dispatch coordination, and inside sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Customer ServiceServe as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and emailProcess orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely mannerMaintain professional and relationship-driven communicationDispatch & Logistics SupportAssist with scheduling deliveries and pickupsCommunicate with drivers, freight carriers, and internal production teamsTrack shipments and proactively address delays or issuesMaintain accurate order and delivery recordsSales & Account SupportAssist with quoting, order follow-ups, and customer retentionIdentify upsell and additional service opportunitiesSupport existing accounts and assist with onboarding new customersQualifications2 years experience in customer service, dispatch, sales support, or logisticsManufacturing, pallet, lumber, or transportation industry experience preferredStrong communication skills (phone, email, customer interaction)Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable with pricing discussions and customer follow-upsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Bilingual English/Spanish preferredCompany DescriptionStaffing Provider.
