We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing pallet manufacturing and logistics operation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly—this is the role for you!This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll support customers, coordinate dispatch, and assist with sales, all in one role.

What You’ll Do Customer Service

• Be the go-to contact for customers via phone and email
• Process orders, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients

Dispatch & Logistics

• Schedule deliveries and pickups with drivers and carriers
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Track shipments and proactively handle delays or issues

Sales Support

• Assist with quotes and follow up on orders
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
• Support new and existing customer accounts

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, or sales support
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in pallet, manufacturing, lumber, or transportation industries is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
