We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our growing pallet manufacturing and logistics operation. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly—this is the role for you!This is a dynamic, hybrid position where you’ll support customers, coordinate dispatch, and assist with sales, all in one role.
What You’ll Do Customer Service
- Be the go-to contact for customers via phone and email
- Process orders, answer questions, and resolve issues quickly
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
Dispatch & Logistics
- Schedule deliveries and pickups with drivers and carriers
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Track shipments and proactively handle delays or issues
Sales Support
- Assist with quotes and follow up on orders
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
- Support new and existing customer accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, or sales support
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in pallet, manufacturing, lumber, or transportation industries is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
