Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Logistics
Location: Carson, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Customer Service Representative (CSR) with logistics experience to join our team in Carson, CA. This role bridges warehouse operations and customer service, ensuring accurate order processing, shipment coordination, and excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments, and inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Process orders, returns, and inventory transactions in the system
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, labels, etc.)
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
- Communicate with carriers and schedule pickups/deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse customer service or logistics required
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and documentation
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience working with freight carriers (LTL/FTL)
- Knowledge of inventory control processes
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with office responsibilities
- May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
