Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Proficient in critical thinking and computer operations.
- Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relationships.
- Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative.
- Aiming for top performance in all aspects of the role.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every individual feels valued and understood.
- Advocate the value of Total Body Care, educating clients on our new and expanded services, enrolling them in the Massage Envy Wellness Program, scheduling future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on expert recommendations.
- Support clinic operations by warmly greeting clients, managing appointments, addressing queries via phone or email, and ensuring smooth clinic flow.
