Oasis Senior Advisors is seeking a driven, compassionate, and entrepreneurial Senior Living Advisor to grow referral relationships and guide families through the process of selecting the right senior living community for their loved ones.
This role combines business development, consultative sales, healthcare navigation, and client advocacy.
This is not a remote position. Success in this role requires regular in-person meetings with referral partners, senior living communities, and families throughout North Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, home health agencies, hospice providers, and other key partners
- Conduct in-person outreach and attend networking events
- Consult with families to assess care needs, preferences, and budget
- Recommend appropriate senior living communities
- Coordinate tours and guide families through move-in
- Maintain CRM records and manage your pipeline with discipline and urgency
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare admissions, senior living, business development, or consultative sales
- Proven success building relationships and closing business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, polished, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
