Position Summary
The Senior Financial Advisor will serve as the lead advisor on a sizable,
sophisticated book of business. You will inherit meaningful AUM, established
client relationships, and a fully supported environment, enabling you to focus
on delivering high-quality advice, strengthening relationships, and guiding
clients through complex planning needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead an Established Practice
Act as the primary financial advisor for an existing ~$300M AUM client
base.
Deliver holistic, goals-based financial planning and investment
management.
Maintain and enhance a high-touch, white-glove client service
experience.
Deepen & Expand Client Relationships
Proactively build and strengthen relationships across multiple
generations within client families.
Promote high client retention and organic growth through exceptional
service and planning.
Identify and pursue targeted opportunities for selective new-client
acquisition.
Provide Advanced Financial Planning
Advise clients on retirement income strategies, estate planning
considerations, tax-aware investing, and risk management.
Offer expert guidance on variable annuities, including product
structure, riders, expenses, and suitability.
Construct and oversee advisory portfolios tailored to each client’s long-
term objectives and risk profile.
Collaborate & Drive Scalable Growth
Work closely with dedicated client service, operations, marketing, and
planning teams.
Refine segmentation and service models to increase efficiency and
support ongoing growth.
Adhere to rigorous compliance, regulatory, and fiduciary standards.
Qualifications
You are an experienced advisor who:
Has 10 years of advisory experience serving mass affluent and high-
net-worth clients.
Holds active Series 7 and 66 licenses (or Series 7 and 65).
Possesses in-depth knowledge of variable annuities and fee-based
advisory platforms.
Understands portfolio construction, managed accounts, and suitability
requirements.
Demonstrates a strong track record of client retention and growing a
practice.
Clearly and confidently explains complex financial concepts to clients.
Operates with unquestioned integrity, professionalism, and a client-
first philosophy.
