At Oasis Senior Advisors, we help seniors and their families navigate some of life’s most important care decisions. Every day, our advisors provide guidance, reassurance, and trusted support to families exploring independent living, assisted living, and memory care options — at no cost to them.
We are growing and looking to add a Senior Living Advisor to our Strongsville-Medina-Akron team. This is a community-based, relationship-driven role for someone who is compassionate, goal-oriented, and motivated by meaningful outcomes.
What we offer:
· Guaranteed salary for the first 90 days
· Transition to base salary commission after 90 days
· Typical annual income: $50,000–$90,000, with opportunity to earn more
