Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function while managing an active requisition load
- Coach, mentor, and develop members of the TA team to ensure strong delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all business areas, including front office hiring
- Execute full-desk recruiting and hands-on search activity
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders on time-sensitive and business-critical hires
- Set direction, establish priorities, and drive team performance
Essential Requirements
- 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within financial services
- Proven experience partnering with front office leadership to attract top talent across North America
- Comfortable operating as both strategic advisor and hands-on recruiter
- Ability to manage competing, time-sensitive hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
