In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wax patterns onto sprue sticks with precision and care to ensure high-quality output. This position plays a key role in supporting downstream casting processes and overall production efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wax patterns onto sprue sticks with precision and care to ensure high-quality output. This position plays a key role in supporting downstream casting processes and overall production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble wax patterns onto sprue sticks following detailed electronic work instructions
- Handle delicate and complex assemblies requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail
- Inspect completed assemblies and properly hang them on conveyor hooks for the next stage of production
- Use tools such as hot irons, clippers, hot wires, bunson burner, water weld torch and other specialized equipment
- Accurately complete production records, logs, and data entry in company systems
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Participate in required safety and compliance trainings (LOTO, hazardous materials, lifting techniques)
- May provide guidance and support to new team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fragile materials
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have 20/25 near vision (correctable)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring fine motor skills
- Capable of handling the physical demands of a production environment, including standing and lifting
- Clean and organized manufacturing environment
- Minimal noise and limited exposure to contaminants
- Use of heated tools and equipment requiring adherence to safety protocols
