What You’ll Do
- Assemble and build products by following clear written instructions and established processes.
- Maintain focus on precision, consistency, and meeting quality standards.
- Record completed work accurately and stay organized.
- Rotate between tasks and collaborate with teammates.
- Follow safety and cleanliness guidelines in a well-structured environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is helpful but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and pride in quality work.
- Comfortable working on-site full time and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn, follow structure, and work well within a team.
