What You’ll Do
- Assist customers through the vehicle buying process
- Build relationships and deliver a great customer experience
- Learn to demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Help customers explore pricing, financing, and options
- Follow up with leads and previous customers
- Work toward monthly sales goals with team support
- Keep the showroom and lot organized and customer-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn sales and automotive product knowledge
- Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable talking with customers in person and over the phone
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
