What You’ll Be Doing 🛠️
- 🤝 Build lasting relationships with customers through honesty and professionalism.
- 🧠 Learn and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to match customer needs.
- 🚘 Assist with test drives and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- 💬 Present pricing, trade-in, and financing options with clarity and confidence.
- ✍️ Complete sales paperwork and schedule initial service appointments.
- 📞 Follow up with customers for future opportunities and referrals.
- 🌟 Keep our showroom and lot clean, organized, and customer-ready.
What You Bring 🔑
- ✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 💼 Prior sales experience preferred (automotive a plus!)
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and networking skills.
- 📲 Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and CRM tools.
- 🧠 Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask with ease.
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; additional business or marketing experience a plus.
- 🕒 Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment 🌤️
- 🏃♂️ Outdoor work required — must be comfortable in all weather.
- 📦 Frequent walking, standing, lifting (up to 20 lbs).
- 🎧 Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and digitally.
