What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with customers visiting our service department
- Connect with existing Nissan owners to discuss upgrade opportunities
- Identify trade-in and equity opportunities
- Set appointments for our sales team
- Assist customers with vehicle upgrade consultations
- Maintain consistent follow-up using our CRM system
- Partner with service advisors to uncover opportunities
- Help generate repeat business and customer loyalty
