We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse with specialty in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Stepdown care to join our dynamic healthcare team in Pittsburgh, PA. Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Days, 3x12s
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• BLS required
• ACLS required (facility-specific)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years bedside RN experience
• ICU experience: Preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

• Strong focus on patient and staff safety
• Participate in rehabilitation and discharge planning from admission
• Communicate patient status changes effectively
• Delegate tasks and support ancillary staff
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

• May take on charge nurse responsibilities after orientation

• Must follow hospital standards for professionalism and attendance

Pay: $1,958.00 - $2,066.00 per week
