We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical and Oncology care to join our dynamic healthcare team. Position: Med-Surg RN (Oncology Unit) – Auto Offer
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Openings: 2
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36
Requirements:
- Active Missouri RN license (or eligible)
- BLS (AHA only) required
- Experience:
- 1 year inpatient Med-Surg (required)
- Oncology experience preferred
- ONS Chemo Certification (preferred)
Unit Details:
- 15-bed Oncology/Med-Surg unit
- Patient ratios: 1:5–1:6
- Patient types: Oncology, some neuro overflow, medical, end-of-life care
- Equipment: Alaris pumps, NOVA glucometers, remote telemetry
- EMR: Epic
- Floating: Yes, within Med-Surg service line
Schedule & Policies:
- Weekends: Every other weekend (as needed)
- Call: As required
- Auto-offer (subject to facility approval within 48 hrs)
- Night shift orients on days (full week required)
- Block scheduling possible (no specific days)
- RTO:
- Max 5 days (must be made up)
- Not guaranteed first week
- 1 holiday request allowed

- Flu vaccine or approved exemption required (Nov 1–Apr 1)
- Black scrubs required
- Local rate is less $
