What are the responsibilities and job description for the WDW Processor position at NSD NEWCO?
Position Summary: The processor answers inbound claim services to insured individuals for either glass, first notice of loss, or roadside assistance including towing, jumpstarts, lockout, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound claim service calls, collecting information and completing the dispatch calls
- Initiates follow up telephonic outbound customer service surveys
- Communicate professionally with insured and providers to obtain or provide information
- Collect claim information and simultaneously document data into a computer-based program
- Appropriately document all relevant information regarding the claim service call
- Maintain compliance with Quest policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed predetermined goals with the call center
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Quest for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company
- Completes all other assignments as needed.
Education and Work Experience:
- High School diploma
- Basic personal computer skills are necessary, including the ability to maneuver between multiple screens quickly, multi-task keyboarding experience

Hours Required: M-F 8:30-5:00
