Job Description: Associate Document Specialist Location: Parma, OHSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (OT possible)Job Type: Temp-to-EngagePay Rate: $16.50/hrPosition SummaryThe Associate, Document Specialist is responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents to meet customer specifications and Ricoh quality standards. This role works in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction while operating scanning and printing equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Processing & ProductionPrep, scan, inspect, compile, and assemble documents according to customer requirements.Maintain accuracy and quality while meeting PS standards and production deadlines.Achieve required Time Productive and Impressions Per Hour (IPH) performance metrics.Prevent errors by maintaining an organized and efficient workstation.Equipment Operation & MaintenanceOperate KODAK scanners and related production equipment.Perform basic machine maintenance, such as clearing paper jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, and identifying machine codes for reporting equipment issues.Administrative TasksComplete all required paperwork accurately, legibly, and on time.Communicate issues promptly and effectively to supervisors or managers.Work Environment ResponsibilitiesAdapt to changing priorities, workflows, and production demands.Work collaboratively with team members, management, and other departments.Maintain professionalism and adherence to workplace rules (including device restrictions).QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Basic computer and typing skills.Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.Flexible to work overtime, weekends, nights, or holidays based on business needs.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs (floor to waist, carry 10 feet, return to floor).Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving bending, twisting, and lifting.Comfortable working in a moderate to high noise production facility.
