What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Management Specialist position at Cefaratti Group?
Seeking an individual to work in a Facility Management/Document Center within a premier downtown litigation firm. Position includes working with electronic documentation, i.e., Excel spreadsheets, email files, legal exhibits , in addition to scanning, copying and assembly of litigation binders.
Applicant must have experience with operating copiers/scanners, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
An associate or bachelor's degree is preferable. Applicants without resume will not be considered. Background check is required.
Summary
As a Legal Document Management Specialist, you will be organizing and maintaining the integrity of legal documents . You will be overseen and reporting to the Facility Manager. Additionally, you will be required to streamline our document management practices and uphold our commitment to service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain document management systems for efficiency.
- Organize and categorize documents.
- Support litigation processes by assembling necessary documents and maintaining organized exhibits.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to streamline administrative tasks and enhance overall efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
