As an On-Call Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and clients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing requests with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and service requests promptly
- Coordinate reservations (restaurants, transportation, events, etc.)
- Arrange travel, tickets, and special accommodations
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and services
- Assist with deliveries, packages, and vendor access
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Support property management or front desk operations as needed
