We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, playing a key role in supporting clinical operations with a focus on mental health safety and intake services. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and care of individuals through suicide watch monitoring and efficient intake processing. Your attentiveness and professionalism will directly contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive clinical setting.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct medical intake screenings for newly admitted individuals
- Provide support for suicide watch protocols through observation and detailed documentation
- Monitor patient behavior and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
- Record vital signs,urinalysis and gather medical history information
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
- Support nursing staff with clinical and administrative duties
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and all safety protocols
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (rotating weekends required)
