Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Join a Team That Makes a Difference
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a behavioral health unit. This role primarily focuses on safe medication administration and monitoring patients in a structured clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Observe and report changes in patient behavior and condition
- Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration)
- Assist with basic patient care and comfort
- Support physicians and RNs as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients and care teams

Schedule Options:
Full-time or Part-time
Shifts available:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Part-time requirement: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
