What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming patients and setting the tone for their visit
- Managing schedules, care plans, and daily office flow
- Answering phones and helping patients with questions and scheduling
- Keeping the office running efficiently and on time
- Supporting doctors and the clinical team as needed
- Assisting with patient care during exams and therapies when appropriate
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a medical or healthcare office
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and detail-focused in a fast-paced setting
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
- Bonus: experience with social media or marketing
