Job Description
Manager Risk Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support the ERM program through identifying assessing, monitoring, reporting, and calling out operational risks/concerns.
- Assist in the development, drafting and maintenance of policies, procedures, and related documents.
- Perform operational risk assessments with partners of current business processes providing recommendations for improvements and process optimization including analyzing proposed solutions & perform root cause analysis of incidents.
- Handle, coordinate, and write requirements for the Governance, Risk and Compliance tool, in partnership with subject matter specialists.
- Lead and conduct development, testing, administration, configuration management, and maintenance of the current GRC Tool as well as future improvements or additions.
- Assist external auditors in conducting controls audits through collecting and reviewing audit evidence.
- Effectively communicate with partners, vendors, and customers.
Manager Risk Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Certifications such as a CPA, CMA, CIA are preferred
- 5 years audit, risk management or other relevant experience
- Knowledge of and experience with audit framework including SSAE 18 SOC 1, SOC 2, SOX or ISO
- High-level problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well organized, able to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
