- 5 years of civil defense litigation experience.
- Proven first-chair trial experience in both state and federal courts.
- Significant background in insurance litigation, including coverage disputes and bad-faith claims.
- Experience with high-exposure losses.
- A portable book of business in relevant areas such as insurance coverage, construction, commercial litigation, and maritime law.
- Exceptional writing skills, including drafting motions and coverage opinions.
- Experience in managing associates and leading case strategy.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Orleans with some work-from-home flexibility.
