• Take ownership of complex construction litigation matters from initial evaluation to resolution

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation involving project disputes, contract issues, and construction defect claims

• Provide legal strategy counsel to clients, including contractors, developers, and construction professionals

• Supervise and collaborate with associate attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
