Key Responsibilities
• Handle complex employment-related litigation, including discovery and motion practice.
• Assist in trade secret, restrictive covenant, and class litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare for hearings.
• Provide general employment counseling, including wage and hour issues.
• Review and advise clients on employment policies and compliance matters.

Qualifications
• 2–4 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor and employment law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (active member or eligible for admission).
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience with trade secret/restrictive covenant and class action litigation preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
