• 1–5 years of experience in patent prosecution

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (required)

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Admission to a state bar and preferred admittance to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
