Key Responsibilities
- Manage preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and fiduciaries
- Provide advanced tax planning and consulting services
- Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines are met
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff
- Stay current on tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Masters in Taxation preferred)
- CPA license required
- 5 years of public accounting tax experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong technical tax knowledge and leadership abilities
