Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Pay Range: $26 – $28/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG welding on square and rectangular steel tubing with precision and consistency
• Fabricate, assemble, and finish welded frames, fixtures, and structures to tight tolerances
• Verify squareness, fit-up, and alignment using measuring tools and blueprints
• Prep, grind, and finish welds for strength, accuracy, and visual quality
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing standards aligned with a global production network
• Collaborate closely with your team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  
  

What You Bring

• 3 years of structural welding or fabrication experience in a manufacturing or job-shop setting
• Strong knowledge of tolerances, squaring, and distortion control
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience with hand tools, clamps, grinders, and measuring instruments
• Pride in craftsmanship — reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-min
