What You’ll Do
- Set up, calibrate, and operate slitting machines
- Monitor performance and make adjustments for accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Inspect materials for quality and precision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate production records
- 1 year of machine operation experience (slitter/coating/converting preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for occasional weekends or extended shifts
