Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of machine operator experience (slitter, converting, coating, textiles, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification (Preferred)
- Experience coating paper/film (Preferred)
- Ability to read work orders/specs accurately.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to neatly and accurately record production data.
- Problem-solving and analytical capability in a team environment.
- Math proficiency: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
- Communication: collaborate effectively across multiple shifts.
- Stamina: standing, walking, repetitive motion; frequent lifting 50–75 lbs; bending, climbing, heights, etc.
- Flexibility: ability to work varying shift lengths (8–12 hours) and occasional weekends.
- Time Management: stay focused, prioritize tasks, and maintain steady productivity.
