Slitter/Rewinder Operator — 2nd Shift

Join our team as a Finishing Operator and help produce high-quality processing and protective films, technical tapes, and papers. You'll set up, run, and maintain slitting machines while ensuring every product meets our strict quality standards.

Employees scheduled to work a majority of their hours in a day during the 2 or 3 shift will be paid the appropriate shift differential.

• 1 Shift: 7A – 3P ………………………………………………

What You'll Do

• Set up, calibrate, and operate slitting machines
• Monitor performance and make adjustments for accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Inspect materials for quality and precision
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate production records

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of machine operation experience (slitter/coating/converting preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for occasional weekends or extended shifts
