Join Nosco in Gurnee, IL as a Print Finishing Feeder Technician Step onto the production floor as an employee-owner and keep our high-speed folding equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll catch, inspect, and load lightweight printed sheets with precision—contributing directly to quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. A day in the life Feed and load lightweight printed sheets into high-speed folding equipment while maintaining established production rates.Continuously inspect output for quality, ensuring quality system procedures are followed at all times.Perform minor preventive maintenance and repairs; promptly report mechanical issues to the Operator, Manager, and Team Lead.Cross-train on all finishing assets within the Bindery department to support production needs and your development.Help the department meet customer expectations for on-time delivery (including OTD) and overall satisfaction. What sets you up for success Preferably 2 years in Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other machinery operation/technical experience.Familiarity with basic Quality systems and documentation.Flexibility to work any shift and Overtime; comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.High school diploma or GED.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods of time, and have manual dexterity for computer work; long periods of concentration; speaking, hearing and vision are also essential to performing job functions.Proficiency in basic computer skills. Schedule and pay This role follows a 12-hour rotating shift schedule at our Gurnee, IL facility.The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $20.00.
