Could this be you?

• Do you have hands-on experience running a lithographic press or similar technical equipment (ideally 3 years)?
• Are you comfortable using SOPs, work instructions, and control riders to drive consistent outcomes?
• Can you troubleshoot, test, and apply corrective actions to meet stringent quality standards?
• Do you communicate clearly with teammates, especially downstream operators, to prevent remakes?

What you'll take on

• Set up and operate a multi-color offset press to meet customer specifications.
• Track efficiency and quality; complete all documentation and reports with precision.
• Identify setup/equipment issues, perform required tests, and resolve them to achieve passing results.
• Minimize the impact of remakes by promptly attributing issues and coordinating with downstream operators.
• Execute cleaning and maintenance tasks per SOP.
• Maintain strong productivity by meeting setup time and run-speed targets.

Schedule & environment

This position follows our Creative Schedule: rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend. Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking; lifting up to 50 pounds; frequent twisting, turning, and reaching. Speaking, hearing, and vision are essential for success.

Compensation & benefits

• Typical pay range: $24.00–$32.00
• Represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this job grade; actual base offers vary by skills, qualifications, and experience.
