At Nosco’s Gurnee, IL facility, you’ll help fuel that momentum as an employee-owner. Your mission Keep production on pace while protecting quality. You will catch, inspect, and load lightweight printed sheets and operate equipment at established line speeds—so our customers get exactly what they expect, when they expect it. How you’ll contribute Operate finishing equipment to meet production goals and throughput targets.Inspect work product and follow quality system procedures at all times; complete required documentation.Perform minor preventive maintenance and repairs; escalate mechanical issues to the Operator, Manager, and Team Lead to maintain machine readiness.Cross-train across the Bindery department’s finishing assets to broaden your skills and support the team.Help the department achieve customer satisfaction and on-time delivery (including OTD). What you’ll need to succeed Preferably 2 years in Bindery (literature folder gluer) or other machinery/technical operations.Experience with basic Quality systems and documentation.Ability to work any shift and Overtime; comfortable with a fast pace and frequent change.High school diploma or GED.Physical capabilities: sit, stand, and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.Work at a computer for extended periods; manual dexterity for computer tasks; sustained concentration; speaking, hearing, and vision are essential.Basic computer skills proficiency.
