Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading our North American technical service team and working alongside the North American commercial manager to grow the Digital Printing business. The Service Director will work closely with the Directors of the European and Asian businesses to deliver the global Outcomes for Digital Printing. The Service Director is responsible for delivering the North American technical service strategy and implementing a clear, customer-driven service program that supports both NA and global business goals.

Main Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Oversee Field Service, Technical Support and Project Management functions.
- Formulate, implement and communicate technical service and support strategy that is aligned with global business goals and buy-in from key business leaders including the other Digital Printing regions.
- Drive efficiency improvements in Service Operations through innovative processes and technologies and drive change management to adapt to new market demands to increase competitiveness and to meet Aftermarket and Service revenue targets.
- Establish and manage technical service-related systems, policies and best practices to drive alignment and compliance (inc. ServiceMax, etc) in as part of the global strategy.
- Establish local KPIs to measure service business performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement from the results.
- Support the introduction of new products into NA, managing implementation within the service and support organization.
- Manage customer relationships internally and externally (inc. OEMs and Distributors), drive towards an excellent customer experience.
- Identify, lead, and mentor talent to build a strong talent/succession pipeline and drive Domino values and leadership behaviors.
- Create employee-centric environments and build a culture of collaboration and productivity.
- Ensure appropriate training and tools are in place to develop talent within the service and support organization.
- Provide regular, candid feedback to own team members, establishing clear development plans.
- Act as a role model in every respect and build alignment throughout multiple teams.
- Work closely with the business leaders in Dominio to develop and implement strategies that grow the business for the benefit of Customers and Employees.

What You Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 5 years of experience in a business leadership role
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Industrial technology background
- Proven Change Management skills
- Strong Team Leader
- Able to travel globally

- Able to work with different levels of employees/customers
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Physical Demands
- Sedentary work. Sedentary work involves exserting no more than 10 pounds of force at a time and occasionally lifting or carrying articles like docket files, ledgers, and small tools. A certain amount of walking and standing may be necessary in carrying out job duties.
