Job Summary:
As an Appraiser Trainee, you will be an integral part of our team from day one. This entry-level role is designed to provide you with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge required to accurately appraise property values. You will learn the industry inside and out, assisting with evaluations, analyzing data, and preparing reports, all while working towards your state license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and verification of property data through field visits and research.
- Learn and apply standardized appraisal methods and techniques under direct supervision.
- Help prepare basic appraisal reports and maintain accurate documentation and files.
- Support senior appraisers with various tasks related to property valuation.
- Actively participate in all provided training, coursework, and professional development opportunities.
