As a Physical Therapist, you will provide personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy to patients in their homes or care facilities, helping them recover from surgery, illness, or injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans
- Deliver tailored therapy programs and adjust plans based on patient progress
- Practice independently within an interdisciplinary care team
- Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of a rehab intern probationary period
- Active Physical Therapist licensure in New York State
- Valid driver’s license required outside Manhattan
