Position: Provides comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on patient assessment, care planning, and emotional support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing physician prescriptions, developing and modifying nursing care plans, educating patients and families on health management, ensuring safety and infection control, documenting care, maintaining equipment and supplies, and collaborating with healthcare providers.
Qualifications: Current RN license in the practice state, with 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred. Must have effective communication skills, visual acuity, and the ability to work the specified hours.
