Role: Travel Stepdown RN responsible for providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units, with a focus on cardiac monitoring and interventions.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, document assessments, educate patients on cardiac health, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of one year recent experience as a Stepdown RN, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, critical thinking, excellent communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Additional Certifications (Preferred): PCCN, NIHSS, and other relevant licenses.
