Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with NBCOT certification and licensure in the practice state.
- Ability to perform essential functions with adequate visual and communication skills.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.
- Assist with evaluations and treatment planning.
- Execute treatment programs and coordinate with team members.
- Prepare documentation including evaluation results, progress reports, and attendance.
- Communicate observations effectively within the team.
- Support staff and student training, and participate in care conferences.
